Are you walking and running more? This exercise is a great way to to loosen and strengthen your ankles and is more effective than just stretching. For this exercise you will need a slight inline. You can use an incline board- available from the clinic, the curb of a driveway, where the edge of the drive meets the curb side or a step with a board leaning on it- these are just suggestions- if you aren’t sure let us know and we can suggest some other options.
