Osteoarthritis can effect a lot of joints in the body but when you have a severe case in the ankle it can really prevent you from staying active. Great to hear that Tom had success with treatment, and can now remain active and avoid surgery.

The cost to our economy is estimated at more than $23.9 billion each year in medical care and indirect costs such as loss of earnings and lost production; not to mention the negative effects on people’s quality of life. Helping arthritis sufferers to help themselves will alleviate some of these costs and will diminish the number of patients relying on powerful drugs.
