Many of our patients feel pain when they exercise, or they can’t exercise at all because of pain in their feet. This leads to weight gain and frustration, which is understandable, particularly for patients told by their doctor to lose weight. The fact is, their feet or legs hurt so much they can’t exercise, so they're stuck in a vicious cycle.
